We offer mental health services for individual from ages 3 and up. We offer a variety of services including individual therapy, trauma therapy, play therapy, and group therapy. All therapists are bilingual (English and Spanish) at our practice. We offer a personalized, client centered approach to meet you where you are at.

Strengthen Relationships
Relationships are complex, whether it be our relationship with ourselves or with others. Relationships are how we navigate the world and our lives. We will inevitably be in different kinds of relationship, from romantic ones to our relationships with our families, friends, and co-workers. There may be moments in our lives when we struggle in some areas that impact our relationships. Learning to care and nurture our relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries can be difficult but also a skill that can be learned. And sometimes things get in the way. Maybe you are struggling with depression or anxiety that prevents you from feeling connected to others. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or preoccupied and your relationships are suffering. My goal is to help you create skills that work best for you in order to live a life you want.
